How it started

I've mixed MultiColor and PETSCII before (see Hyperdrive Monkey) and I'm sure there's a lot of not yet covered ground in this Frankenstein mode. During a lunch break doodle, I thought about doing a MCPETSCII but trying to keep the colors down to two for all the chars and some really ugly chars showed up.

But wait, what's that?

Someone's smiling at me!

Turns out, there's a lot of faces hiding in the C64 ROM CharSet!

Conclusio

I'm all in for silly experiments, and this one made me smile from ear to ear.
