How it started

The inspiration for this one came from working in an office without AC. It's hot. Melting. So, let's draw a melting ice cone. Which didn't work out right from the get go due to PETSCII not having that much resolution to fit it all in, so what else can be melted?

I started with a blob, which quickly turned into a shape with 45° angles and well, before I knew it, it was a C= logo but not copying it 1:1, so the C curls over the chicken lips.

The slanted lips gave me a neat cut-out, a box almost, perfect for adding some details,... like a tiny version of myself lamenting over 2025's first heatwave.

The pic got some tiny tweaks later-on and off it goes.

Conclusio

I love when a pic comes together quickly. There's some deep satisfaction hidden within them and while the pic is flawed (yeah, the C isn't symmetrical, but it looked odd otherwise), it's kinda perfect as it is for it's melted self.

PS

Mentioned it on CSDb, this little punk does resemble Roberto Benigni, right? Messy hair, huge sunglasses and a fuck-this attitude.
