Lovely. Colorwise it somehow looks as if it starts like a ZX Spectrum to the left and ends up distinctively C64 to the right. :D

@Peacemaker: Yeah, I get your point, but there's no trickery whatsoever that's changing the PETSCII shown on screen, it's "just" extending it into the border via rasters. Also, not my code (learning, but I'm not there yet) but kinda the file/export format of Raster Effect Editor, thus labeling it as something other than GFX feels off.
That said, let's just blame it on CSDb for not allowing more detailed tagging :)
